Prima della visita sul posto dove si trova un immobile per il quale un cliente dimostra interesse,deve essere firmato dal cliente "l'incarico di mediazione per l'acquisto d'immobile".
Con questo incarico il cliente assume la responsabilità di pagare la provvigione dovuta all'agenzia immobiliare, soltanto al momento della firma del contratto di compravendita dell immobile se sarà venduto, mai prima della conclusione della compravendita. L'agente immobiliare può visitare decine di immobili insieme al cliente ma la provvigione sarà pagata a lui soltanto se si arriverà alla vendita dell' immobile proposto.

L’agente immobiliare Vassilios Savvas e i suoi collaboratori non assumono nessun tipo di responsabilità verso il venditore o l’acquirente dell’immobile o dell’attività in vendita, per problemi che possono sorgere, dovuti alla mancanza di controlli, assolutamente necessari prima della firma dell’atto di compravendita.
